These elements grant unique buffs and introduce a system of elemental weaknesses and strengths, where certain elements deal increased damage to others.

How to Check Unit Elements in Anime Vanguards

Can You Change Unit Elements in Anime Vanguards?
As of Update 1, there’s no way to change a unit’s element. Unlike traits, no currency or item exists for element modification. However, this feature might be added in future updates.
Are Elements Worth Worrying About in Anime Vanguards?
In short, not really. Elements, while providing minor boosts, don’t significantly impact team composition or overall strategy, except on Raids and Paragon levels. The main thing to consider is the buff the element gives you, not the elemental weakness, and 80% of them are nice to have must nothing special, apart from a select few.
- Fire will be handy to counter Snare in Raids
- Water will be great to counter the SPA debuffs in PAragon
While elemental weaknesses exist, their effects are minimal. Focus on building a well-rounded team and optimizing your playstyle rather than prioritizing elemental matchups. Elements are a bonus, not a core mechanic to build around.
