This Stasis scout rifle can be acquired in a few ways. The first is via the new Revenant-specific Onslaught runs, accessed through The Last City. Throw in some Frost Armor and additional buffs from the seasonal artifact and Red Tape won’t be leaving your seasonal rotation anytime soon.

• Arrowhead Brake: Increases Recoil Control by +30 and Handling by +10.
• Accurized Rounds: Increases Range by +10.
• Rimestealer: Destroying a Stasis crystal or defeating a frozen target with Red Tape grants you Frost Armor.
• Headstone: Precision final blows spawn a Stasis crystal at the victim’s location.
• Masterworked Range: Increases Range by +10.
