Well, unlike any other game, Valve’s Deadlock actually lets you do that. Being in an early development build, Deadlock lets you try out all the upcoming heroes and their abilities in the game. All Deadlock Unreleased Heroes Commands
Before you learn how to try the heroes in Deadlock, you will need all the unreleased hero commands. Yes, in Deadlock, you will have to use the console commands to select unreleased heroes. You can only try them out in the Sandbox Mode. Here are the Deadlock console commands for all the unreleased heroes:

- selecthero hero_gunslinger
- selecthero hero_nano
- selecthero hero_yakuza

How to Try out Deadlock Unreleased Heroes
Now that you know the Deadlock console commands, you can proceed with the steps to try them out. For that, you will have to enter the Sandbox Mode first. Once done, follow the steps below to learn how to try out unreleased heroes in Deadlock:
- Press F7 on your keyboard to enter the console or the developer command panel.
- Copy the desired unreleased hero console command and paste it into the console.
- Once done, click Enter on your keyboard to change the hero.
Remember, the heroes are unfinished and are subject to change. This means the hero commands might not work if the developers change their codename. Moreover, their abilities can also change as per the developers’ requirements.
