Tatters of Thought can be attained by defeating enemies and clearing Calyx (Golden) in Jarilo-VI. These materials can also be farmed through assignments, which is the easiest and most hassle-free way to farm them over time. You can also convert other materials into these materials.

Calyx (Crimson) Materials: Arrow of the Beast Hunter, Demon Slayer, and Starchaser Location

These Topaz materials can be acquired by completing Bud of the Hunt: Outlying Snowy Plains. This Calyx Crimson is located at Outlying Snowy Plains, in Jarilo-VI. The enemies in this Bud of Hunt are the Silvermane Soldier and Silverman Gunner.

Stagnant Shadow Material: Searing Steel Blade

Searing Steel Blade is used to ascend Fire damage-type characters. You can obtain this item by clearing the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Scorch, located at Great Mine on Jarilo-VI. The main enemy is weak to Ice, Lightning, and Imaginary.

Echo of War Material: Regret of Infinite Ochema

You can farm the Regret of Infinite Ochema material by clearing the Echo of War: Divine Seed. This Echo of War features the boss Phantylia the Undying. Echo of War bosses can only be farmed three times per week, so make sure to pre-farm these materials for Topaz and Numby. This Echo of War is located at Scalegorge Waterscape in Xianzhou Luofu.
