Not a lot of games become a success on debut in the Roblox world. However, the new Bleach game Paradox defined success by breaking records on release — not as much as Anime Vanguards, but it did see a huge influx of players on launch. However, the hype train slowly started derailing as the players faced various issues with the game. And, to address that, Paradox developers immediately made the game private. So, if you are also wondering when Roblox Paradox will be released again, keep reading.
Why Did Paradox Shut Down Within 24 Hours?
The developers shut down the game servers within 24 hours to address the complaints. The game went into an indefinite maintenance period. The announcement says, “We want Paradox to be the best game that it can be, and to do that, we need to take time to ensure that it can get there.” Continuing this, the developer also says that they will be private Paradox for the next few weeks with no specific timeframe.
However, in the early access channel of the Paradox Discord server, developers did drop hints for the timeframe when the game will be back. According to the announcement, Paradox will again be released to early access users in the next one or two weeks. This means that we might see Paradox again before November arrives.
The developers assure that the game will add massive content updates, with bankai, volt, and more content with revamped combat, delivering an overall polished game. The devs also mention a list of fixes coming to the game. Moreover, the announcement suggests that once a majority of the changes are implemented, the game will be live again. Furthermore, a better and reworked console & mobile support will be added for more players to enjoy the game effortlessly.
Along with these changes, Paradox will get recoded and include updated minigames, more talents, accessories, and PVP missions. We will also see elite missions, summoning system UI, and custom items in ranked games. These are just a few of the major ovehauls planned during the maintenance update. These changes will be done before Paradox is released again on Roblox.
So, why did the devs shut down the game within 24 hours while having such a huge reception? Well, despite having over 2.0M visits, 45444 favorites, and a peak CCU of 61k+, the devs closed the game. If you played Paradox, then you might have noticed the major device disparity issues that made the game unplayable on console and mobile devices. But that’s not only the main issue.
Even players on PC faced constant lag that affected their gameplay experience. Moreover, Paradox came with only 2 hours worth of content. As per the community, the game has too little content for the amount of players it had. Most anime game lovers on Roblox finished the game within that time despite playing all three different classes. This reflected on the game’s CCU and made the graph go down quickly.
With the maintenance underway, we can hope to see more changes in Paradox and hopefully, the game becomes playable. While you wait for Paradox to release again, it is time to go back to Type Soul or Project Mugestu.
