Agatha All Along is a show that initially might make you think there’s not a lot going on, but as the episodes progress, it won’t fail to surprise you. Episode 6 of Agatha All Along is out, and we finally get to see the backstory of Billy Maximofff, or Wiccan. We get to see his origin story and the reason why he is on the Witch’s Road, to find his brother Tommy. However, there is a chance that Tommy is just dead, and in this article, let’s find out whether Tommy is dead and what happened to Tommy Maximoff in Marvel comics.
Tommy and Billy Maximoff’s Souls Merged to Birth Wiccan in Comics
It is pretty obvious that Agatha All Along has changed the origin story for Wiccan a bit but if we look at the comic books when Wanda created her children Billy and Tommy using two lost souls, Mephisto arrives stating that she has no authority to do so and tries to take away the boys’ souls. However, both their souls were infused with Wanda’s magic, and hence they were too powerful for Mephisto, which ended up destroying him.
However, now that these souls had no body to go to, Both Tommy and Billy’s souls merged together and were born as William Kaplan in a well-off family. So, yes we can say that Tommy is technically dead in Marvel comics.
However, in Agatha All Along, we can see that Billy’s origin has been been altered and the same might stand true for Tommy Maximoff. Billy might discover at the end of the Witches’ Road that Tommy is dead and his soul is fused into Billy’s body.
So, let’s wait and see what happens, and till then, Stay tuned with us for further updates!
